Tatiana LOBATO DE MAGALHAES

Research Professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (UAQ), QRO, Mexico, and certified as a Professional Wetland Scientist by PCPSWS. She has been honoured with the José Mariano Mociño Medal by the Mexican Society of Botany, the Academic Merit Medal by UAQ, the Distinguished Foreign Scholar award by the International Association for Landscape Ecology, the Springer Nature Editor of Distinction Award 2025, as well as the International Fellow Award, the Presidential Service Award, and the Wetland Ambassador Award—the last three conferred by the Society of Wetland Scientists.
