Biography
Antoine Ouellet-Drouin is a performance and accountability expert with over 20 years of experience as a business process owner, practice lead, and system/product owner in leading international organizations, designing and implementing reforms that enhance efficiency, accountability, and impact. Before joining IUCN as Director of Institutional Performance Management and Evaluation, Antoine led the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Department at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
