Session Description
The private sector plays a crucial role in scaling up NbS to address climate adaptation and biodiversity challenges. This interactive workshop will provide a deep dive into key issues such as leveraging NbS for businesses, understanding the net gain approach, and adapting NbS governance models for private sector. Participants will engage in carousel-style group discussions with experts from the IUCN and the WBCSD, exchanging experiences from different international contexts. Moreover, industry leaders from Veolia, and Nestlé Waters will share insights on overcoming barriers and maximizing opportunities.
