Why attend
In a world where socio-environmental crises challenge us to seek new forms of knowledge and action, this is an opportunity to rethink environmental pedagogies from an intersectional and locally situated perspective, exploring innovative approaches. Connect real experiences, learn from the intersection of knowledge and disciplines, and build networks.
Session Description
This event seeks to integrate a dialogue of knowledge based on real, situated cases from different regions of the world to promote collaborative learning and the construction of new intersectional environmental pedagogies. Through practical tools such as Collaborative Learning Communities, the Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) Learning Portfolio, and the use of the STAR tool, participants will design situated strategies for conservation, restoration, and environmental governance, drawing on concrete experiences from Mesoamerica, South America, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.
