Biography
Belén Citoler holds a degree in Political Science and master's degrees in Cooperation for Development and Social Research. With 25 years of professional experience, she has dedicated her career to international cooperation, policy dialogue, and advocacy, particularly focusing on rural development and family farming issues. Currently, she serves as the Director of the WRF (World Rural Forum), where she continues her commitment to driving meaningful change in these critical areas.
