A social worker by profession, with 25 years of experience in facilitating environmental and climate processes, supporting community organizations for territorial environmental governance, advising on the development and management of environmental and climate public policies at the local and national levels, and contributing to the generation of knowledge on cutting-edge issues. For the past 8 years, I have served as Director of Management and Planning for the Salvadoran Ecological Unit (UNES), promoting the institutionalization of an ecofeminist approach, the accumulation of experiences in adaptation applied to productive and restorative processes, and positioning UNES as an expert organization in ecological restoration processes in El Salvador.
