Dr. Cleo Graf – Director, SMART Partnership

Dr. Cleo Graf is a conservation ecologist with over 20 years of experience across Africa. She is currently the Director of the SMART Partnership, leading global efforts to integrate technology into conservation, combat wildlife crime, and enhance biodiversity monitoring.

With a Ph.D. in Ecology and a background in ecosystem management, she has held leadership roles at the Southern African Wildlife College and worked with numerous NGOs and government partners. Cleo is known for her strategic leadership, conservation tech expertise, and dedication to building effective, collaborative teams.
