Biography
Mr. Smetana is a Geographer and Principal Consultant with Esri Professional Services. He advises Esri's nonprofit and government customers, global distributors, and business partners on geospatial strategy, implementation, and scaling of their capabilities, with a focus on conservation, protected area management, and technology. Mr. Smetana has been a GIS practitioner for 25 years, and served in environmental engineering, government, and nonprofit conservation organizations before joining Esri.
