Biography
Dr. Fatima Ibrahim Ali Al-Hilalat , a Senior Legal and Governance Expert from Petra, Jordan, with 24 years of experience in public administration, arbitration, legislative drafting, and sustainable development. I have led major legal reforms, contributed to drafting more than 60 laws and regulations, and was honored with the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance. I hold a Ph.D. in Law and is recognized for my leadership in governance, institutional excellence, and community empowerment.
