Hala Hatamleh is the Director of the Irth Institute, under the Posterity Institute, where she also serves as Research and Policy Manager. She leads all research and policy initiatives related to sustainability. She is also the Research and Policy director at the International Advisory Group where she leads the Arab Public Administration Report, the region’s first flagship publication on governance and modernization in the public sector. Her work focuses on equipping governments and institutions in the Middle East with the strategies, skills, and frameworks needed to advance sustainable governance and development. Prior to joining the Posterity Institute, Hala was a Research and Programme Development Specialist at the Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development, where she led national initiatives in early childhood development (ECD). Hala holds a Master’s degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and two Bachelor’s degrees: one in Computer Engineering from Yarmouk University (Jordan), and another in Applied Arts and Sciences from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), New York.
