Biography
I graduated from Fudan University in China with a PhD in Economics. I am currently working at the Development and Reform Commission of Qinghai Province, mainly dedicated to providing stable energy supply guarantees for the economic and social development of the province, offering more clean energy, leveraging Qinghai's advantages in renewable energy, and promoting outward-oriented economic development through industrial greening.
