Joshua Ayuo is a development professional with over a decade of experience in program leadership, institutional strategy, and impact-focused fundraising. As Programmes Manager at KWCA, he manages a rapidly expanding national portfolio supporting 200+ conservancies and landscape associations, driving program development, policy alignment, and sustainable financing models for community-led interventions. Joshua specializes in designing scalable projects, securing institutional funding, and strengthening impact measurement frameworks. His expertise has directly contributed to portfolio growth, multi-year donor partnerships, and the establishment of the Kenya Conservancies Fund (KCF), a sustainable financing mechanism for conservancies. He has also served in Impact Measurement and Evaluation roles at the Maasai Mara Wildlife Conservancies Association (MMWCA) and other civil society organizations.
