Karima Haggui has over 15‑20 years of experience in public financial oversight and environmental administration. As Contrôleur des Dépenses Publiques, she oversaw the legality, conformity, and budgetary discipline of national expenditures, ensuring that spending aligns with financial laws and budget allocations. In her current role as Secrétaire Général of the Ministry of Environment, she is responsible for coordinating the ministry’s services and institutions, supervising and implementing policies, ensuring administrative and financial controls, and supporting sustainable environmental governance.
