Katie Lee RIDDLE

Biography

KatieLee (Rongowhakaata), specialises in Māori and Indigenous Intellectual Property, Digital Sequence Information (DSI), use of genetic resources, benefit sharing and Indigenous Data Sovereignty at Te Kotahi Research Institute. She advises on these issues within the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity for the International Indigenous Forum on Biodiversity, and currently undertaking her PhD on access and benefit sharing for Cellular Agriculture.
