As a passionate geographer and ecologist, I have been a senior expert in reconciling nature, the environment, and regional and societal development for over 20 years.

I frequently undertake exciting assignments in the French tropical overseas territories or in associated international regions, either independently or as part of a team, providing advice and putting my experience at the service of a wide variety of organisations and missions.

As a multi-site manager, I collaboratively manage production units, teams, and administrative and financial responsibilities, while being heavily involved in technical and commercial development in a variety of contexts. I am also very curious and involved in entrepreneurial development strategies (technical, innovation, growth, etc.) and related actions.

With a strong commitment to production and fieldwork, I am an experienced project manager for a wide range of assignments and projects, some of which are large-scale, and for all types of structures and organisations. I coordinate teams and/or partners from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and deliver high value-added projects, drawing on the following key skills:

* Consulting expertise in strategies, policies, action/management plans, and the design/implementation/evaluation of regional or international cooperation programmes in Nature-Biodiversity, Sustainable Development and Ecological Transition;

* Consulting expertise in planning and supporting public organisations and associated private sector entities;

* Ecological design and environmental assessment of sectoral development plans and programmes, conservation, adaptation to environmental changes (including climate change), at multiple scales (local - regional - national - international);

* Consulting expertise in strengthening and applying the ‘E-R-C’ sequence in tropical (and island) environments, nationally and internationally, as well as in the ecological and environmental design of all types of projects, monitored during the construction and operational phases;

* Applied research, programme and project development and financing;

* Technical and scientific publications, editorial projects, professional and university training.

Recognised member of scientific and technical committees and groups (IUCN Overseas Group, IUCN Impact Mitigation and Ecological Compensation, CDNPS 974), and association leader in the fields of climate and natural risks.
