Milica RADANOVIC

Biography

Milica Radanovic is a biologist by training and a nature conservationist by practice. She completed her bachelor’s and master’s studies in biology (botany) at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad (Serbia), Department of Biology and Ecology. Milica began her professional career as a Research Trainee at the Faculty of Sciences in Novi Sad, and later gained over ten years of experience in nature and environmental protection through her work with civil society organizations in Serbia. She is currently serving as a Nature-based Solutions Officer at IUCN ECARO, where she contributes to NbS-related projects by leading the development of knowledge products, supporting policy processes, coordinating project activities, and assisting in the preparation of project proposals.
