Nour ELMIR

Nour Elmir is currently serving as the head of the Strategy Department, with a career spanning the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. With deep expertise in environmental conservation and sustainability, she has led the development of sustainability strategies and the technical delivery of projects across diverse sectors — including government, tourism, real estate, nature reserves, national authorities, and giga projects.

Nour Elmir has worked in multiple countries and brings a truly international perspective, having collaborated on projects with leading organizations such as the World Economic Forum (WEF), the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), and others. Speaking four languages, she is exposed to international frameworks, and is passionate about driving impact at the intersection of strategy, sustainability, and cross-sector partnerships.
