Peter DAVID FARRINGTON

Peter is a Canadian international award-winning environmentalist, community advocate, painter and Certified Innovation Strategist who holds a BSc and MSc in the natural sciences.  Peter’s 40+ year career working as a habitat biologist, environmental regulator and policy advisor on subjects including environmental impact assessment, protected area establishment and management, and climate change for Governments in Canada, Oman, Qatar and the UAE, as well as a diverse range of international institutions such as the Arctic Council and the Advisory Council of the World CSR Day (India) reflect his passionate devotion to public service, nature conservation and community wellness.  Peter just recently returned from Jeju Island, South Korea the home of 3 Ramsar Sites, where he participated as an Artist and Speaker at the inaugural and highly successful JejuArtforEarth Festival, a festival that encompassed all of his interests.
