Ram NARAYAN

Ram Narayan, is currently the Principal for Land and Habitat (Onshore) with Exxon Mobil Corporation in their corporate Global Operations and Sustainability organization. He is based in Houston, Texas, USA. He also serves in the role of the Chair for Ipieca’s Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services Working Group. He has 24 years of experience in the hydrocarbons industry sector with most of the career supporting major capital projects for upstream and downstream businesses, mainly in the areas of environmental engineering and management.  In his current job role, he is responsible for refreshing the strategic guidance to the company’s Sustainability focus area of Land and Biodiversity, and provide support across all business lines on topics of biodiversity and environmental risk management.
