Rameez AL DAOUR

Biography

Rameez Al Daour is an educator, researcher, and active public speaker specializing in food security, safety, and community nutrition. She holds degrees in Clinical Nutrition and Food Safety Management and has published more than 20 peer-reviewed papers on food sustainability, consumer choices, and health behaviour.

As an educator, she has developed and led school and community programs in partnership with government bodies to promote nutrition and food safety awareness. Internationally, she has participated in training programs in the UK and Turkey and contributed to WHO-led workshops. She is also an active member of the Emirates Nutrition Society and the UK Nutrition Society.

Currently, Rameez works at SEE Food in The Sustainable City Dubai, where she advances food security education, supports sustainable farming initiatives, and bridges the gap between nutrition, food safety and sustainability in academia and industry.
