Raul FONTOURA

Raul Fontoura is Head of the Division of International Affairs at ICMBio, where he advises senior leadership on foreign affairs and explores opportunities for international partnerships. A career civil servant and Public Policy and Government Management Specialist, he has held previous positions at the Ministry of Cities, the Ministry of Agriculture, the National Institute of Historic and Artistic Heritage (IPHAN), and the Brazilian Museums Institute (IBRAM).
