Biography

 

Sana Taktak Keskes has been working in Occupational health since 1997. She is in charge of health, hygiene, safety, and environment in a Petroleum company. She is a professional Trainer in HHSE

She is the founder and president of the Continuity of Generations Association (ACG).

She is the founder and president of RONACED North Africa Network.

She is active in national and international networks and associations.

Expertise & Envolement

-She has experience and expertise in:

Gender, Sustainable tourism, Small-scale fisheries management project,

Integrated and sustainable management of coastal areas and Natural ecosystems, local community management

-She is involved in Co-management at Kneiss MPA (Marine Protected Area) with APAL and other stakeholders.

-She acts as Coordinator, director, and partner of several national projects on entrepreneurship, environment, Sustainable tourism, ecotourism, climate change, biodiversity, international waters, and sustainable development

-She is an activist in Marine pollution, women empowerment, and Island development.

-She is a guest speaker, panelist in national and international conferences on the environment, Gender approach, and sustainable development.

Recognition

She received as president of ACG Awards at National and International level

“Best practices in small-scale fisheries and rural women empowerment” 2016-2018.

She holds the following ambassador/custodian roles:

Island Innovation Ambassador (2023)

Champion facing   plastic pollution in the Mediterranean (2023)

Salt ambassador (Salinas 2024)
