Santiago RUGERONI

Santiago Rugeroni is the Animal Care Supervisor for the bird collection at Al Ain Zoo, overseeing avian welfare, enrichment, and habitat design. With over 14 years of zoo experience from Buenos Aires to the UAE, he has contributed to conservation programs for species like the Andean Condor and Green-winged Macaw. Fluent in three languages, he combines technical expertise and leadership to advance welfare, education, and biodiversity conservation in modern zoos.
