Sirarpi HAYKAZYAN

Biography

Born on June 19, 1984, in Yerevan.
In 2006, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the French University.
In 2008, he graduated from the Faculty of Political Science of the International Scientific and Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2005, he was an international observer (Albania, parliamentary elections).
In 2006-2010, he worked at the “Agricultural Reform Support PIU” as a project coordinator.
In 2010-2018, he worked at the World Bank “Forest Law Enforcement and Implementation” project as a communication and implementation consultant.
In 2018-2019, he worked at the World Bank “Agricultural Policy Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity Building” project as a communication and coordination support consultant.
In 2019-2021, he was the coordinator of the “Agriculture, Environment and Water” programs in Armenia and Georgia of the French Development Agency’s South Caucasus Office.
In 2021-2022, he was the coordinator of the “Agriculture, Environment and Water” programs in Georgia and the Armenia program portfolio of the French Development Agency’s South Caucasus Office.
In 2022-2023, he was the coordinator of the “Business Incubator Fund” program “Workforce Development in Armenia” funded by USAID.
In May 2023, he was appointed Acting Head of the Environmental Protection Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
