Victor Galvan serves as Director of Nature at Grupo Iberostar, where he leads the development and execution of the company’s Nature Strategy. He oversees a dedicated team that helps Iberostar hotels meet their sustainability goals by applying science-based methods, harnessing ecosystem services, and embedding nature into daily operations. These efforts aim to mitigate environmental risks, enrich guest experiences, enhance biodiversity, and support human well-being. Victor's work is a cornerstone of Iberostar’s Wave of Change initiative, which seeks to make sustainability a core principle across all aspects of the company’s operations.
