Biography
Leticia Guimarães has 20 years of experience working with biodiversity and business, in the last 15 years she had working in the mining sector managing and mitigating biodiversity risk and impacts. She leads Vale’s Nature Strategy, stakeholder engagement and biodiversity reporting process, leading multidisciplinary collaboration within and outside of the company. Leticia holds a Bachelors in Biology and Masters in Zoology from PUC Minas in Brazil.
