Session Description

This session will explore challenges in integrated landscape and cityscape management, drawing on IUCN’s regional survey insights on NbS understanding and barriers, and how water and disaster policies mainstream or promote NbS. The session plans to discuss how marrying science-led planning with nature’s cooling power can make the landscapes and citiscapes healthier, liveable, and resilient against the climate realities of tomorrow.
