Session Description
This central stage event aims to showcase the global achievements of the BIOPAMA programme, highlighting its contributions to strengthening biodiversity conservation and natural resource management across the Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) regions. Through compelling stories, key results, and regional perspectives, the event will demonstrate how BIOPAMA's unique approach has supported evidence-based decision-making, improved governance, and built capacity at multiple levels - laying the groundwork for 30x30 and other global goals. It will also spotlight the programme’s role in establishing regional observatories for biodiversity conservation, promoting data and knowledge sharing, and fostering partnerships for long-term impact.
