Ann Wahinya, M.A., is the Kenya Director of Global Trauma Project (GTP) and a development practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in strengthening local systems, gender equality, and trauma-informed programming. She specializes in co-creating and implementing programs in hard-to-reach, resource-constrained communities, with a focus on women, youth, and marginalized groups. At GTP, Ann leads the intersectional integration of mental health, Gender Based Violence (GBV), and climate change, ensuring that interventions are trauma-informed, community-driven, and sustainable.
