Session Description
Effective project management is essential for advancing conservation goals, yet environmental projects often face unique challenges that require specialized skills. This dynamic workshop, led by the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, will provide participants with practical knowledge and tested strategies to strengthen environmental project outcomes. Through interactive methods, the session will explore critical components of successful management, including leadership, project tools, performance indicators, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, time management, and learning from failures.
