Jaime QUISPE

Jaime Prudencio Quispe Poma, an agricultural engineer by profession, has been working since 1998 on climate change, integrated water resource management, and integrated watershed management projects, with funding from international cooperation. Jaime has participated in integrated and social water management initiatives, conservation of water recharge zones, and capacity building and leadership development for women, contributing to reducing community vulnerability to the effects of climate change. Jaime is currently Executive Director of the NGO Agua Sustentable (SUSTAINABLE WATER). He participates in the preparation of plan and project proposals and supports their coordination. He is also interested in identifying financial mechanisms for water resources to be integrated into plans and projects.
